Have a question, correction, or partnership inquiry? Use the form below, or email us directly at [email protected].

Before You Type Anything

Check whether your question is already answered: our Methodology page covers exactly how scores are built, our Disclosure page covers how money works around here, and most Best Online Courses pages carry their own FAQ section for common platform-selection questions. If none of that covers it, the form above goes straight to our team.

Corrections Get Priority

Pricing, catalogs, and certificate programs change often enough that something on this site can drift out of date between our re-tests. If you've noticed a price, feature, or certificate claim that no longer matches reality, tell us the exact page and what's changed. Corrections are usually the fastest thing we can verify and fix, often within days rather than weeks.

For Platforms and Partners

If you represent a platform and want to talk about advertising, sponsorship, or an affiliate arrangement, include the platform name, what you're proposing, and any audience or traffic data that's relevant. One thing worth setting expectations on up front: per our Disclosure page, no commercial conversation changes an existing score or review — don't expect a partnership discussion to move a rating.

For Journalists, Researchers, and Educators

We occasionally hear from people writing about online education more broadly, or from instructors and course creators curious about how a platform gets evaluated here. We're generally glad to help — say what you need and by when, and we'll do what we can.

Trying to Pick Between Two Specific Platforms?

This is one of the most common messages we get, and we like answering it. To get a useful reply quickly, tell us your actual goal (a job-relevant certificate, casual learning, credit toward a formal credential, picking up a skill from zero), roughly what you're willing to spend, and how many hours a week you can realistically commit. Honestly, though, our Compare tool and topic-specific Best Online Courses pages are built to answer exactly this without waiting on an email — worth trying first.

What Makes a Message Easy to Act On

Whatever you're writing about, specifics help: the exact URL if something's wrong, the platform names involved, and enough context that we're not stuck replying to ask a clarifying question before we can actually do anything.

What We Do With What You Send

We use contact-form submissions only to respond to you — you won't end up on a mailing list, and we don't forward your message to the platforms we review. If your note concerns a specific correction, we may reference the substance of it (not your identifying details) when we follow up with that platform to verify.

How Long a Reply Takes

Most messages get a response within a few business days. Corrections tend to move fastest since they usually just need a quick fact-check; partnership and press messages can take a little longer since they sometimes need more than one person's sign-off.

And If a Review Actually Helped

Hearing that a review or comparison helped someone make a real decision is genuinely one of the better parts of running this site. Not required, but always appreciated — and it does shape what we decide to test next.

If You're an Instructor or Course Creator

We occasionally hear from instructors or independent course creators asking how a platform they teach on gets evaluated, or why a particular course wasn't mentioned in a shortlist. We're happy to explain our reasoning, though we'd note upfront that our scores reflect the platform as a whole rather than any single course on it — a single excellent instructor doesn't change a platform's catalog-wide teaching-quality score by itself, and we're generally not able to review individual courses outside our existing platform-level format.
